1. Working Conditions
Red Sandstone: quartz and feldspar with rich iron oxides, brown-red to brick-red, hardness 10-25MPa, soft rock. Uniform particles, medium cementation, developed bedding, excellent compressive strength and durability.
Mono-arm ripper (C Series) is recommended for precision mining of soft decorative rock, effectively protecting red sandstone color integrity and bedding quality.

4. Construction Process
· Color Assessment: Red sandstone value is directly related to color depth; assess layer color distribution, distinguish deep-color, light-color, and other grades
· Layer Marking: Mark layers by color distribution; prioritize mining areas with uniform, saturated colors
· Equipment Mobilization: Position Mono-arm ripper, inspect hydraulic system, pins, and safety devices
· Precision Stripping: Strip from top to bottom along bedding, control breaking force to reduce over-crushing and protect color integrity and quality
· Sorting & Stacking: Sort by color saturation; keep deep-color, light-color, and aggregate separate for subsequent classification and processing
· Slope Trimming: Use Mono-arm ripper for slope trimming to ensure stable mining face and meet green mine requirements
