White Sandstone: quartz and feldspar with minor clay minerals, creamy white to gray-white, hardness 10-25MPa, soft rock. Uniform particles, medium cementation, high porosity, excellent for architectural decoration, landscape, and stone carving applications.
Mono-arm ripper (C Series) is recommended for precision mining of soft rock with high-value decorative applications.

4. Construction Process
· Quality Assessment: Assess layer quality distribution, distinguish carving, architectural, and aggregate grades before mining
· Layer Marking: Mark layers by quality distribution; prioritize mining high-quality zones; lower-quality areas serve as aggregates
· Equipment Mobilization: Position Mono-arm ripper, inspect hydraulic system, pins, and safety devices
· Precision Stripping: Strip from top to bottom along bedding, control breaking force and angle to reduce over-crushing and protect quality
· Sorting & Stacking: Sort by quality; keep carving, architectural, and aggregate material separate for subsequent processing
· Slope Trimming: Use Mono-arm ripper for slope trimming to ensure stable mining face and meet green mine requirements
