1. Working Conditions
Saline Soil: rich in soluble salts, white to gray-white, salt crust or salt frost layers on surface, salt content 1%-10%. Structure loose, hardness <20MPa, soft rock to very soft rock. Low excavation resistance but high corrosiveness to metal equipment.
Mono-arm ripper (C Series) is recommended for soft, high-corrosion saline soil. Integrated structure is flexible with controllable excavation force, effectively reducing corrosion risk while protecting resource integrity.

4. Construction Process
· Saline Soil Survey: Confirm layer thickness, salt content distribution, groundwater level, and soil structure; select model and corrosion protection plan
· Corrosion Protection: High salt content is highly corrosive; apply anti-corrosion coating on key parts and install protective sleeves on hydraulic lines before mobilization
· Surface Stripping: Use the ripper to loosen surface salt crust, expose underlying saline soil, control stripping thickness 300-500mm
· Breaking & Mining: Strip and break layer by layer along soil direction; control product size ≤300mm to avoid over-crushing that affects salt resource quality
· Sorting & Stacking: Separate high-purity and ordinary saline soil for salt chemical processing
· Drainage: Salt in saline soil leaches on contact with water; ensure drainage facilities during rainy season to reduce salt loss

6. Construction Precautions
· Corrosion Protection is Core: High salt severely corrodes hydraulic cylinders and pins; use anti-corrosion coating and anti-rust hydraulic oil, check key parts for corrosion every 100 hours
· Working Time Selection: Salt crust hardens in high temperatures; work during cooler morning/evening hours when salt crust is relatively soft and breaking efficiency is higher
· Prevent Salt Leaching: Rainwater leaches soluble salts during rainy season; build temporary rain shelters or avoid large-scale mining in rainy season
· Model Selection: Hardness 5-20MPa; C Series fully capable, no J Series needed
· Equipment Maintenance: Flush equipment surface with clean water after each shift to remove salt deposits; shorten hydraulic oil change interval by 50% (every 150h recommended); apply anti-rust grease regularly
